Today's Workout

The Open has begun. Normal classes at 5am, 6am, and Noon. From 4pm on, we will have heats every 30 minutes. If you come in in the afternoon, sign up for a heat time on the whiteboard and grab a judge prior to your heat. A warm up will be written on the board for you to complete before your heat. Heats will run until everyone has gone. Come early and stay late to cheer everyone on!
