Recovery Day Thursday 20170427

Final call for anyone wanting to volunteer at the CrossFit Games in August. I need to submit your name, email address, and phone number before Friday. Please email us at crossfitconnexwi@gmail.com if still interested.

If you have already sent me your contact information, make sure to check the CF Games site tomorrow, Friday 4/28, to finalize registration with their Shiftboard system. This is necessary to submit your availability and determine which group you will be volunteering with.

Also, there are only a few days left in the month of April. Make sure to get your 30sec Assault Bike sprints for Cals during the last few WODs of the month. Also get to the gym to get your monthly attendance over 20 for the Connex Consistency Club. Anyone who gets to the gym 20 times or more joins the exclusive club and earns a special Consistency Club T-shirt!

If you would like to volunteer at the 2017 CrossFit Games in Madison this August, please email us (crossfitconnexwi@gmail.com) with your name, email address, and phone number. You will also need to sign up to volunteer on the Games site on Friday April 28 in order to be considered for the various positions. This will be an amazing event, and you can be a part of it. You will be able to pick days that you are available, so you will still get a chance to spectate in addition to volunteering. In the past, volunteers received some free swag, discounts at vendor village, and backstage access to the Fittest Show on Earth!

It’s official! Congrats to our friend, former coach and athlete, Connor! Year after year Connor has improved in the Open and has definitely earned his spot at the Central Regional. If you aren’t heading to Nashville to watch him compete, make sure to watch online! We are so proud of your hard work, Connor. Good Luck at Regionals!
