Recovery Day Thursday 20170817

TBT to that time Julie Foucher held a group workout at Connex during the weekend of the CrossFit Games. We are still looking back on our experiences from the weeks leading up to, during, and after the 2017 CF Games, and are excited to build for next years events. We will have a new building, more equipment, more space, and be closer to the action. Have any feedback for us or CrossFit HQ about how the Games could be improved at Connex or at the Alliant Energy Center? Drop us some comments or send an email describing your experience, your positives and negatives, along with what you are most excited to see happen in 2018!

Did you miss a workout this week? Are you trying to get your first pull up or toes to bar or muscle up? Do you want to spend more time working on your snatch and clean and jerk? Are mobility issues in your hips or shoulders preventing you from mastering some of the fundamental movements?

If you said ‘YES!’ to any of these questions, Open Gym time can be your best friend. We have multiple open gym times throughout the week during which you can work on checking those goals off of your list. A Connex coach will be on-site to help answer any questions or give guidance on areas you can improve on.
