Free Intro Class
Introductory class for new prospective members. Learn what CrossFit is and work on a few introductory functional movements with the guidance of one of our certified instructors. Free classes are offered every Saturday at 9:00am.
The OnRamp Program will introduce you to CrossFit workouts and allow us to serve you better by getting to know your goals, expectations, fitness level, and experience. During the three one-on-one session, OnRamp will introduce you to the nine fundamental CrossFit movements, Olympic lifts, and several others, as well as nutrition, theory, technique, a typical warm-up and a sample workout involving what was addressed that day. These intro sessions will help to prepare you for entrance into the free week of group CrossFit WODs.
1 hour class consisting of a 10-15 min warm up, followed by a strength, technical or skills training session. The last part of class is completion of the Workout of the Day (WOD).
1 hour class focusing on long-term weightlifting in four key lifts designed for major muscle group strength gainz.
Yoga enhances mobility, flexibility, and balance. You will learn movements that elongate muscles, develop core strength, release tension, improve flexibility and posture, along with some relaxation.
Strong and Stretchy
This class starts with 20 minutes of power flow yoga warm-up. The next 30 minutes are used to warm-up for and complete one of the CrossFit “Girls” WODs. The class finishes with 10 minutes of cool down yoga. This class is also free for new prospective members.
Open gym is an opportunity for athletes to work on skills, strength, or to make up a WOD. Open gym is not a coach-lead time. There will always be a coach in the facility to help when needed. You must be a CrossFit Connex member to participate in Open Gym.
