This challenge was all about consistency; ability is one thing, but consistency is the key difference in these challenges. When we do our next challenge, don’t set yourself short if you see a higher number on the board than yours; give a consistent effort the entire month and prove to yourself that you can stick with it. It doesn’t have to be a challenge that we host. Pick a goal, spend 3 minutes each time you come to Connex to work on your goal, by the end of a month you will have seen progress.
