Consistency doesn’t have to be limited to attendance at the gym. Consistency can be practiced with your sleeping habits, your nutrition habits, and your daily mindset. If 5 days a week at the gym doesn’t fit your schedule, try to consistently get 7+ hours of sleep, make the right eating decisions, or work on positive self talk.
