Back Squat Program Recovery Tip:
Are you doing enough mobility outside of the gym? We talk about how easy it is to do the Animal Crawl or the Perfect Stretch on your own time. Add 5 minutes to your nightly bed time routine with some stretching. It’ll give your body a chance to relax before sleep, and by incorporating some slow, deep breathing into the 5 minutes can help you fall asleep faster and sleep more soundly.
