The 8-week Back Squat Program starts today! Want to increase your 1-rep Max Squat by up to 40#? Want to feel more confident under a heavy barbell? Want to develop a stronger core and build stronger legs? This 8-week program is for you. Every Monday and Friday class will start with 5 working sets of a linear progression; if you stick with the program and follow appropriate recovery methods, you will move your old 1-rep max for a set of 5.
