Reminder! This Saturday TeamWOD we will be celebrating Halloween by dressing up in costume. Following the WOD, stick around for some pumpkin decorating and a potluck. Please bring decorating supplies like paints and brushes, stickers, carving knives, or anything else you’d like to make the most creative pumpkin. Please also bring a dish to share and a beverage if you’d like. Pumpkins and apple cider have been provided by Sarah S.

Who’s ready to increase their back squat number? We will be starting an 8-week Back Squat program on Monday. We did this last year with great success, with some athletes achieving up to a 40# PR. Monday’s blog post will have a bunch of information about how you can make the most of this 8-week program and put up some serious numbers. If you want to take part in the program and don’t know your 1-rep max back squat, utilize the Open Gym hours today, Saturday, or Sunday to get a weight to work from come Monday.
