Happy Memorial Day!

Our Murph workout will start around Noon. We will run multiple heats as needed with regards to pull up space and weight vests.

We will have the grill going during the first heat. We have brats, burgers, hotdogs, and chicken breast. Please bring buns, sides, snacks, desserts or beverages to share.
