Recovery Day

Nice work with the strict pull ups and snatches yesterday! Remember, it is okay to fail. If you missed lifts or weren’t able to get the chin all the way over the bar, it is okay. You learn from every rep, regardless if it was successful or a missed attempt. We learn the most from our failures. What fun would it be if we were perfect all the time? Trust the process and strive to be better than the day before.
