Come check out our Strong and Stretchy Class on Sundays. This class has been a hit! If you have never tried CrossFit before or have a friend or family member looking to try it, bring them out for and hour on Sundays from 10-11am. The class begins with some Powerflow Yoga with Coach Alison, transitions to one of the CrossFit Girls WODs lead by Coach Jared, then finishes with some cool down stretching and Yoga with Alison again.
