It’s April Challenge Time! This month anytime you come in for a CrossFit class, TeamWOD, or Strong and Stretchy, spend 30sec on the Air Assault Bike and work to get as many Cals as you can. We will keep a running total on the main whiteboard; most Cals accumulated by the end of the month of April wins a prize!
