17.4 is here. Morning and noon classes will run as normal. We will run evening heats ever 20 minutes starting at 4:15pm, get to the gym early and follow the warm-up on the board.

After all heats are done, we will head downtown to Short Stack Eatery for some PostWOD deliciousness.
