We will run heats every 20 minutes from 4pm until whenever everyone is finished. A warmup will be written on the board to the left of the WOD, make sure to get to the gym early to reserve your preferred time slot. Come early and stay late to cheer everyone on as they work their way through the WOD; Judges are also needed!
