Drive Safely! With winter storms, make sure to take extra time during your commutes to and from the gym and anywhere else you may be driving. If there are weather emergencies, there is a possibility that classes may be cancelled. Stay connected to the website and/or our Facebook page for updates during snowy and icy days.

Just a reminder that the parking lot will be slippery. Be careful walking to and from the entrances. We will continue to apply salt to provide traction and to melt any ice. Also, please wear a pair of shoes other than your workout shoes while walking to the gym; this keeps snow, water, and salt off of the WOD floor. Thanks!
