July Nutrition Challenge Tip of the Day:
Consistency is key! A consistently better diet with breed consistently better results. If you have an off meal, thats ok; prevent it from becoming an off day. One bad meal does not make a bad diet; same goes for a good one. If you end up falling off the wagon for one meal, make up for it the rest of the week. If you decided to indulge for an evening with friends, find areas throughout the following days to reel yourself in a bit to even it out. This is another way that meal planning and prepping can be beneficial, as you’ll stay on track much easier.
