There will be no Wednesday 6:30pm CrossFit or 7:30 Intro Class tomorrow. 4:30p and 5:30p will be Open Gym style, monitored by Jared and Michelle. July Nutrition Challenge Tip of the Day:
Grocery Guide Part 2: Make a List. Have a plan when heading to the market, write down the foods you plan on cooking or preparing for the week, then stick to it! The grocery store can be a test of self control when the end caps are laden with sweets and attractive “deals”. Most of these are just gimmicks, eyes back on your list! Plan out your meals ahead of time, structured around your protein, adding your vegetables, and incorporating some good fats. Write down all the ingredients that make up your awesome meals and only by those items. Bring home, prep, cook right away or save in the fridge for later. You are sure to keep the needless junk out of your cart as long as the list only includes the necessities of your meal plan.
