Learn to prep foods ahead of time. Whether you grill a bunch of chicken all at once or prep your veggies for the week, have a plan so that you have good foods available, keeping the hassle to a minimum. Having cut veggies on hand, ready-to-eat, will make getting those servings in that much easier. Have a bowl of apples, oranges, and bananas on your counter or at your desk for when you’re craving something sweet.
