July Nutrition Challenge Tip of the Day:
Unsure if your diet is really healthy for you? Try writing down everything you eat and drink in a day, and then do that for a week; serving sizes aren’t immediately important for this exercise, just what food items you are eating and drinking. Look up the nutritional content of everything you ate each day and compare your days. Are you eating as healthy as you thought you were? Are you eating enough? Too often? If you don’t know the answers to those questions, bring in your journal or send me the details at crossfitconnexwi@gmail.com for some analysis and tips on how to make better choices.
