July Nutrition Challenge starts tomorrow. Make sure to come in on Saturday for a little Nutrition Seminar followed by a benchmark WOD to kick off the month. The challenge is based off of a nutritional goal you set for yourself; we will write the goals on the whiteboard, you will pick a challenge partner to help motivate and be accountable for each other. At the end of the challenge, we will retest on July 30 to see the progress that can be made with improving the most important aspect of our training and health: your nutrition!
