April Challenge!!!

This month’s challenge is…Wall Balls! You will have 60secs, before or after each CrossFit class you come to (including TeamWOD), to do the most Wall Balls (20#10’/14#9′) you can do. Open standards apply, full depth in the squat, center of ball must reach full height of target. To keep you honest, you will need another athlete to count your reps. Top 3 men and women with the highest totals at the end of April wins a prize!
