I’ve registered for a ROMWOD subscription for the gym, so get a group together after a WOD, plop down some yoga mats and get swole and flexy. PostWOD mobility with a 15-20 minute ROMWOD can help reduce soreness and increase flexibility. Ask Bryan for assistance getting set up.
