For the evening classes, we will run heats with a maximum of 6 athletes every 30 minutes starting at 4:30pm. The gym will be open at 4:00pm so that you can warm up and sign up for a heat on the right side of the whiteboard. The floor will be marked with 5ft increments. You will be in charge of getting your bar setup and designating a pull up location. If you are signed up for the Open, you will need a judge to make sure your reps meet the standards, of which I will cover prior to each heat. Please be prompt and give yourself enough time to warm up, as there won’t be a guided warm up routine.

For those who will not make it today or those who wish to redo the workout, there will be Open Gym at 8:30am tomorrow morning before the Team WOD and Open Gym on Sunday at 10:00am. Please make arrangements for someone to judge you if you are registered for the Open.
