I’ve decided to change the name of our Thursday’s as a Recovery Day. Recovery doesn’t mean do nothing with the day. It means doing mobility work. It means do some low-impact work like jogging, biking, swimming, or rowing. It means practice some skills that need work. Get better each day.
Open Gym – 4-5:30
Flex and Stretch – 5:30-6:30 Bryan will be leading a mobility session in preparation for tomorrow’s 16.1 workout. Come in to stretch out those sore muscles.
