The Open starts…in a little over 2 1/2 months. These events are meant to challenge you as athletes and provide motivation to become a better you.

Your challenge for January is to pick any one aspect of your abilities to focus on–pull ups, snatch technique, mobility, etc. With time before or after class, take 5-10 minutes to practice the aspect you have chosen. Also, from time to time I will program given time for you to work on this. If you need advice on something to work on, ask any of the coaches.
