It’s Here!!!

Registration for the 2016 CrossFit Games Open is now live. Head on over to The CrossFit Games Website to learn more about what the Open entails, past years workouts and leaderboards, or to register. For 5 weeks, 5 workouts will be announced, scaling options included. This is a great way to motivate you to work on the movements you may struggle with. Many athletes have completed their first pull ups, first handstand push up, first muscle ups, lifting PR’s, and more during The Open. Stay tuned for more information or ask any of your coaches for details.
