On Friday night we will be screening Froning: The Fittest Man in History after the 6pm class. We will make Friday our retest day for the Nutrition Challenge, so let’s treat this like a preview to what the Open will be like. The WOD will be completed in heats as needed. If you complete the WOD in an earlier class, come out and cheer everyone on and stick around for the documentary.

Feel free to bring some snacks to celebrate the end of the challenge. Bring a lawn chair and some postWOD beverages to enjoy the film.
