Rest Day Schedule for 10/08
PiYo 4-5 – Relieve some tension from a tough week of training and working on some flexibility. This would also be a great warmup for Oly class!
Oly Lifting 5:30-6:30 – Day 2 of intro week, we’ll be working on the Clean and Jerk, along with some auxiliary lifts. We had a few PR’s on Tuesday, let’s keep them coming!
