Great job staying after it this week. Every time you step in the gym, check that ego at the door and work on some mental toughness. Take the open gym time to work on some skills that need improvement, come to Oly Lifting to work on that lifting technique and get in some strength work, or hang out with Alison and stretch out and work on flexibility and mobility.

You determine the tools in your tool bag; they aren’t given to you, but earned.
