8-Week Olympic Weightlifting Class starts today at 5:30p. Bring your lifters, wrist wraps, tape, notebook, and a badass attitude; I know all of you have at least one of these. We will go over barbell warmups, positioning, and technique, followed by a lifting session. If scheduling issues prevent you from coming to both Tuesday and Thursday classes, the workouts will be available for you to get in outside of class, if needed. If you make up those workouts outside of the normal class time, remember that regularly scheduled classes have priority over equipment and gym space.
