Happy July, Connex! In celebration of the flipping of the calendar, we are having another month-long contest. We did a similar contest last year to see who could row the most Cals. This month is Double Unders!

You will have 2 minutes each class time to accumulate 50 Double Unders. Whether it’s after a regular CF WOD, Oly. Class, or Open Gym, assemble a group, set the clock, and shoot for that 50. A scoreboard will be set up on the PR whiteboard; make sure to mark your number each time you get your 2 minutes in. Top 3 athletes will receive some pretty fabulous prizes.

Also some schedule news for you. With the holiday weekend we are adjusting our Friday and Saturday class times as follows.

Friday – 5am, 6am, 12 noon. No evening classes.
Saturday – 9am Hero WOD
No Open Gym Sunday, sorry! Enjoy with friends and family.
