ATTENTION OLY LIFTERS!!
Starting Tuesday, July 7th we will be kicking off an 8-week training program for the Tuesday/Thursday 5:30 Olympic Weightlifting classes. This will be a great introduction for those who are new to the snatch, clean, jerk, and accompanying movements, as well as a great refresher for the veterans. Each class will consist of mobility/flexibility, barbell warmups, strength work, and technique breakdown. Because of the nature of this program, you NEED to stick with it each week to progress through the cycle. Make it a priority to be there each and every Tuesday and Thursday for the 8 weeks to see the results. Reach out to Bryan W. with questions.
