Ring Muscle Up and Handstand Walk Clinic!

Brian’s first clinic was such a hit- he is offering another one!!!  The focus of this clinic will be ring muscle ups and handstand walks.  We will be caping this clinic off at 10 athletes.  The sign up is on the right hand side of the white wash board.  This clinic will be advancing form the skills covered in the previous clinic.  This clinic will help athletes who are working on accruing these skills as well as help increase the efficiency of athletes who already have these skills.   Be sure to get your name on the board ASAP as the last one filled up quickly.
