Hey Connex- so we are going to change up our Friday evening OPEN plan!
Instead of having a 4:00 class- we will start ALL heats at 4:00 on Fridays!  The plan will be to run heats starting at 4:00, and then follow that up with heats about every 30 min after that.  That should give us enough time and also give you guys a better idea of when you should be getting to the box.  I hope this makes things a little easier for everyone!
