Understandable. You need to save all your time for watching that Sons of Anarchy marathon. Priorities.
5. “I’m scared.”
We all are. There’s a support group for fear. We meet at the box … and do the Open workouts.
4. “Everyone who does the Open dies.”
Um, not true.

Tell me again why you joined a fitness program with timed workouts and Leaderboards?

It is not to late to be part of something bigger!
Goat Practice- Pick two different skills you feel like you need to work on. (example: ring dips, pistols, handstand PU, hand stand holds, push ups, rowing) You complete 1 round of tabata working on skill #1. And then the entire next tabata will be dedicated to your other skill of choice.
