A new CrossFit Connex Teens session is starting up THIS Sunday!!!

This stellar teens program is designed to encourage young adults to learn to live a life of activity and appreciate how much their body can do! This program is not just about gaining strength, but through that process gaining confidence within themselves!

If you have have any teens or know of any teens that might be interested, the first class on Sunday, January 11 is FREE!!! So let them know they are welcome to come in a give CF a try and see just how awesome it truly is be part of the CrossFit movement!

So it seems that winter is truly upon us!  As temps drop and snow falls there may potentially be some evenings or mornings when the gym will be closed.  We just wanted to remind all of you that as the weather gets nasty, be sure to check FB/blog for any changes in schedule.  We will always try to update it in a timely manor to give you guys plenty of heads up.
Thank you guys for understanding and stay warm!

So as you guys read above- we will be adding an additional CF teens class to our weekly schedule.  This will impact our normal schedule as follows:  Thursday Open Gym will be from 5:00-5:30 AND THEN from 6:30-7:30.  (it will no longer be offered from 4:00-5:00 these evenings) We will still be offering Stretching and Mobility from 6:30-7:30 and you are still all highly encouraged to go to attend this class.    Gaining flexibility and mobility is about improving performance and injury prevention!  Please understand that S&M will have priority to space, equipment and music during this time!
