AIRSOFT WOD is right around the corner on Dec 14 @ 11:00! Be sure to sign up! It is on the right hand side of the white wash board! For those of you not familiar with shooting, there will be a brief period of instruction before heats begin!
In case you were wondering, we will be shooting targets! not each other- no need to worry there!
Reminder Connex- Drea will be filming this evening during the 4:30 CF class and the 5:30 Olympic Lifting class! We would love to have as many Connex athletes in the video as possible, so if you can, please try to make it! Thanks guys!
Also some quick things about our Row for Cal Challenge
– No- warm up/WOD calls rowed do not count. Only your three minutes rowed outside of class time count. Unless a coach tells you that part of your warm up is your three minutes of Row For Cal holiday challenge.
– No- you can not save all of your acquired minutes and knock it out during open gym. It must be completed the day that you are here for class.
– No- you can not count rowing efforts done at other locations. The minutes must be completed here at Connex.
– Yes- you get three minutes for every class attended. Meaning if you come for Olympic Lifting and stay for PiYo you can have six minutes of rowing. Hooray! 🙂
