Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)
1 min rest BTW rounds

Reminder:  There will be no 6:30 or 7:30 class this evening.  Class on Firday will be at 9:00 am.
Due to small numbers we will NOT be holding class on Saturday, November 29.
