A couple of announcements!

1.  We will begin running the new class schedule starting on Monday, October 20.  This means that the 4:00 class will begin at 4:30.  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday evening CF schedule will be 4:30, 5:30, 6:30!
2.  After Saturday Team WOD Fil will be holding a group discussion on ‘making healthy eating easy.’  All are welcome to join!
3.  Open Gym from 10:00-12:00 on Sunday
4.  If you would like to get in on this CFC clothing apparel order be sure to let Em know what you would like by the end of the day.
5.  Connex is looking to put together a Ragnar Relay team for the Madison to Chicago Ragnar Relay that is being held in June.  Let us know if you are interested!
