lunge complex- 1 Power Clean + 1 right leg lunge + 1 left leg lunge + 1 push press (115/75)
* every break the bar takes athlete will head out for a 200 meter run
* Score is total complexes

After Party
5 Pull ups with a 10 second rest
Go as long as you can with still maintaining form
