Open Gym this Sunday from 10:00-12:00 am.
If you missed either the snatch or clean and jerk review that was done in the Tues/Thurs olympic lifting class this week, be sure to come in to open gym on Sunday and Coach Kief will review with you.

Front Squat- Same as last week- if you were successful in completing all set last week then increase weight by 3-5%.  If not stay at the same weight.
6- 65%, 4-75%, 2-85%
6-75%, 4-85%, 2-95%
4- 90%, 4-90%
