It is hard to believe, but its time to start thinking about your fall training and perhaps some of your fitness goals.  Have you been throwing around the idea of trying to PR your 10k?  Or perhaps you want to try running your first half or full marathon.  You are in luck!

This fall, Connex will be partnering up with Madison MultiSport to offer all Madison athletes a complete strength and endurance training program.  This 8 week program will will meet three times a week for coached workouts that focus on speed, endurance, and strength.  This program is not just for CFC or MM athletes so help us spread the word!
