WOD Friday, July 18


Attention: So this week seems to be the week of travel. 4 out of our 5 coaches will be out of town for the next couple of days! Coach Bryan is stepping in and taking over! We all owe Bryan a huge thank you!!!
What this does mean is that there will be no morning classes on Monday July 21. But what we are going to do is add a 6:00 am class to Tuesday morning. So no morning classes on Monday, July 21. But there will be a 5:00 am and a 6:00 am on Tuesday July 22. We all tracking!? Sorry AMers!!!! Thank you though for understanding!

also!  Guys- we have a lot of spots left on the bus for the float trip!  I would love if I could get this thing filled.  If you have friends or family who would like join please feel free to bring them along!!!
