Open Gym/ OLY Lifting/ PiYo
Don’t forget- open gym is a great time to not only make up WODs you may have missed, but to also get some extra practice at those skills or lifts that have been getting you stuck. We all have them! As coaches, we pack a lot of work into the group classes, not always leaving you all the time work on your own individual goals or skills. We encourage all of you to use open gym as a time to practice and master those skills that make you think twice about coming in for a WOD when you see it on the blog. Or get some extra reps in under a lift that you know you need to strengthen. Practice the stuff that we are not good at is not fun and it is often frustrating, but it is the time spent working on these skills that will help to make you a stronger more well rounded athlete.
