Next week Kief and Em will be away from the box.  We have a group of awesome coaches stepping in and covering classes while they are gone.  However, there are a couple of schedule changes.

Tuesday, April 29- OLY class will run as a normal CF class
Thursday, May 1- Open Gym- 5:00-6:30
Sunday, May 4 – No Open Gym
* Also there will be no Noon class on Monday, April 28 as well as Wednesday, April 30
