Next week is the first week of December!  Guess what this means!  Yes, it is now ok to put up Christmas decorations and start listening to Christmas music!  It ALSO means that OnRamp is back up and running!  If you have any friends or family who have been wanting to start up in CF let them know that OnRamp will be starting up again next week!  Sessions close out at 4 people a week so be sure to email us at crossfitconnexwi@gmail.com right away if you would like to get a jump on things before the new year.

There are only a couple of slots left to meet with Doctor Schupp on Wednesday, Dec 11.  If you would like one be sure to grab it while you are at the box today.

Reminder: There is no 6:30 class this evening!  Plan accordingly.
