Thursday at 6:30-7:45 is now open gym time. Open gym is an opportunity for athletes to work on skills, strength, or to make up a WOD. Open gym is not a coach lead time. There will always be a coach in the facility to help when needed. You must be a CrossFit Connex member to participate in Open Gym.

Starting in September we will also be adding a 12:00 class on Mondays and Wednesdays. This class is one that is designed to give our coaches an opportunity to WOD with a group, so there will not be as much formal instruction involved in these classes. Participants in the lunch hour class must have completed onramp, passed the proficiency test, or have been a member of Connex for at least six months.
