Hey Connex!  Our WebMaster guru Alison M. has created an awesome resource for us.  CrossFit Connex now has our very own online recipe book.  This resource is chalk full of healthy recipes that have been submitted by Connex athletes.  Our cook book will always be a work progress so please feel free to share new successful recipes with us so we can add them to our book.
