“You have more hurt to give.”  You may here this said around the gym, but what does this mean?  Have you every found your hurt?  Do you know what your hurt is?   That hurt is your strength fatigue place, your mental breaking point.  Recognize what your hurt is and then find a way to get there every time you walk into Connex.   The more often you get there the better you will become at mentally conquering that barrier that your mind creates by saying “stop, slow down, you need to rest.”  Soon those words will become “just one more.”  Before you know it you will be be able to push through that hurt and no longer will that hurt be your breaking point.  It will become you reaching your potential!
