 CrossFit Connex Cookbook!

To kick off this next healthy eating challenge Alison M. would like to create a CrossFit Connex cookbook, but she needs all of us to help!!  If you could please send her some of your favorite healthy recipes that would be awesome!  Recipes should be the kind that people eagerly ask you to prepare for a pot luck meal or family favorites.  They can be recipes you have cooked for years or a new dish that turned out well.  We are looking for appitizers, sides, main dishes, and desserts.  The recipes can be paleo, vegan, gluten free ect. as long as they are made with clean whole foods.

We hope to have this cookbook ready for the kick off of this next challenge so we need to fast track the recipe submission time. Please have recipes submitted by Friday, July 5.  Submit recipes to alison@tinyblueorange.com.
